| COMB BINDING - the all time favorite desk top binding system is also the most economical. Permits laying pages flat. Spine can be customized with a report title and/or your company logo. Reports can be editted without destroying the binding comb. Binds to 2". Standard length is 19 rings (11"). |
| TWIN LOOP WIRE BINDING - gives reports and executive look and allows them to lay flat or turn 360 degrees. Editting is more difficult and requires a replacement wire binding strip. |
| VELOBIND - creates the most professional looking reports which are tamper resistant, easy to file and easy to mail. Reports up to 3" can be bound. |
| SADDLE STITCH - economical form of binding. Typically two staples are placed in the spine of the piece. Shouldn't try to saddle stitch more than 120 pages. If you look at some saddle-stitched magazines, you'll see they're fatter at the spine but as the page count gets big the center pages pop out. |
| PERFECT BIND - uses hot glue to bind the spine of your publication. A cover may also be attached. Used mostly for books that will be kept for a long time. No editing capability once the book has been bound. |
