Claims of Competence
If we are not good at something we will let you know. There are so many other organizations we have partnered with that can fill any void. Therefore, we will never claim a degree of competency that we do not possess.

Trusting and Teamwork
We succeed together, taking collective responsibility for our customers' satisfaction.

Release of Confidential Information
This one is the legal one...Botci Solutions shall permit no release of information about individual persons that has been guaranteed as confidential, to any person inside or outside of Botci Solutions except in those circumstances in which not to do so would result in clear danger to the subject of the confidential material or to others; or unless directed by competent authority in conformity with a decree of a court of law.
